The platform must be used only for lawful healthcare and administrative purposes. 2. User Eligibility Only authorized individuals and organizations may use Diagnox. Users must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. 3. Account Responsibility Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities performed under their account. Diagnox will not be liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence. 4. Acceptable Use Users agree not to: - Misuse the platform for illegal or unethical activities - Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized medical data - Attempt to access restricted areas or other users’ data - Disrupt platform security, servers, or performance - Use the platform to violate patient confidentiality or privacy laws 5. Medical Disclaimer Diagnox is a management and record-keeping platform only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified healthcare professionals. 6. Subscriptions and Payments Certain features may require paid subscriptions. Users agree to pay all applicable fees as per selected plans. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. 7. Data Ownership Users retain ownership of their data. By using the platform, users grant Diagnox permission to store, process, and display data solely for providing platform services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. 8. Intellectual Property All software, designs, logos, content, and trademarks related to Diagnox are the exclusive property of Diagnox. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. 9. Service Availability Diagnox strives to ensure uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime. 10. Limitation of Liability Diagnox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, business interruption, or medical outcomes. 11. Termination of Access Diagnox reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform without prior notice if users violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful activities. 12.
